OSIA are looking to provide a multilevel recruitment service. The first layer is a standard job posting and application system. This will allow members to post requirments for a postion or to post I'm available notices. This then provides a centralised point of contact for Open Source Developers.
The second layer is to provide an anonymous interface for members posting positions. As a first filter, OSIA will vet applications before forwarding them onto the original poster.
